Meet Chef Mosso

Christopher Mosso was born the second oldest of five. Growing up in Upstate New York he got a sense of farm freshness and delicious local products. At a young age he grew up cooking for his brother and sisters before they went to school. His mother Nereida was a cook in the US Army and was well versed in different styles of cooking. During high school he attended a junior culinary program where he competed in culinary competitions at the age of 16. After high school he was accepted into the New England Culinary Institute where he studied both Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Living in Northern Vermont he experienced food in a whole new light. Farm to table and fresh ingredients had a huge impact on him. He moved to Orlando, Florida in 2010 to lend his culinary skills to existing & up-and-coming restaurants.
